Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused
- Include original tags (if applicable)
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a verified quality-related issue, Willenor will assist in resolving the matter and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if:

- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is another issue affecting your order

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must:

Refunds
